THE COMPANY

Bughaw Multilines Corporation is a family corporation engaged in the manufacture and distribution of hog and poultry feeds and gamefowl concentrates and conditioners.  Its manufacturing facilities and main office are located at Poblacion, Malvar, Batangas.  The company began in 1986 as Galamay-Amo Agricultural Development Corporation.  Founder and CEO Dr. Teodoro A. Dimayuga decided to produce his own feeds for his poulry and swine farm and other neighboring farms.  With only one office clerk and a few production workers, operations began in Dr. Dimayuga’s backyard in Granja, Lipa City.  The business proved commercially successful that the company was able to expand and move its operations to Tambo, Lipa City in 1988.  Realizing the growing demand in the gamefowl industry, the company started to manufacture fighting cock concentrates and conditioners as well.  It began distribution of other veterinary products and related equipment, tools and accessories such as cords, wing and leg bands, feeders and waterers, cages, scratch pens and running and flying pens., etc.  It then changed its name to Bughaw Agri-Services Incorporated.  Later, the company was able to acquire its own property in Sabang, Lipa City and moved its production facilities there. Bughaw became a major distributor of UnivetTM products in 1992 and ThunderbirdTM products in 1998.  Over the years, Bughaw continuously proved itself as a key player in the animal industry and was able to establish alliances with other leading brands such as ExcellenceTM, LakpueTM, NovartisTM, BelmanTM, TrycoTM and AlliedTM to name a few. 

In 2007, Bughaw relocated its manufacturing facilities and main office to a bigger property in Malvar, Batangas and changed its name to Bughaw Multi-Lines Corporation. Its product line has also expanded to respond to the increasing demand in the pet industry.  In addition to livestock and gamefowl feeds and supplies, Bughaw is now also a leading distributor of dog and cat food, bird seed, rabbit pellets and other domestic animal needs.  Presently, Bughaw has retail outlets in Sabang, Lipa City and in Banay-Banay, Lipa City under the business name Lipa Poultry Supply.  Its owners have also established a metal products business, GA Metal Industries, Inc., which manufactures bird and dog cages, scratch pens, and running and flying pens, exclusively for Bughaw Multi-Lines Corporation.

As Bughaw transitions to its next generation of leaders, the company remains committed to its core values.  With the aid of its close to 100 employees, the company strives to achieve its mission and vision and strengthen its relationship with its customers, suppliers, and the community.
